The Phoenix Clean Power Supply is a 15-output isolated power supply, utilizing two internal custom wound toroidal transformers to provide the highest noise filtering and cleanest power, giving artists the purest sound in their signal chain possible.

The Phoenix fits under most pedal boards including Pedaltrain (PT JR and up), Pedal Pad, Blackbird Boards, Creation Music Company, and Holeyboards. We recommend high profile dual lock for mounting the Phoenix under your board. The Phoenix comes in a durable frosted charcoal texture enclosure and can more than hold up to the demands of touring.

All outputs are isolated.
There are 15 total outputs
Four 9V, 300mA (can power the larger digital pedals like the Strymon BigSky and Timeline).
Eight 9V, 100mA.
Two outputs include a toggle switch option to run 9V or 12V.
One output includes a toggle switch option for 9V or 18V.
Exact size is 9.75” long, 2.6” wide, 2” high.
This unit comes with 15 – 2.1mm barrel black power cables, 2 – 2.5mm to 2.1mm (red to black) line 6 cables) and a detachable IEC Cable.

Excellent power supply

I recently upgraded my power supply to the phoenix, and I'm so happy with it. The isolated power is really clean and doesn't add noise to the sound. It can power a lot of pedals, a definite improvement over my previous supply that could only power up to eight. The Phoenix is sturdy and looks great too. Plus, their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Thanks Walrus!

Pretty outstanding idea - could use refinements in execution

Overall, this is a great power supply. It has a lot of outlets and options, and it is quiet. However, there are 3 issues that I feel would make it much better, and likely the best out there. 1. Offer different cabling options, like Voodoo Labs. This would make this SO MUCH more versatile. 2. This thing is huge! Why do the outputs have to be so crowded?! If they were spaced out further, one could easily use VL cables to extend flexibility. 3. Higher output outlets. 300 is good, but 4 outlets at 600 or greater would be way better. There are plenty of hungry pedals out there these days. If Walrus applied these refinements, I’d buy another in a heartbeat! Thanks, Aaron

Clean Power

I upgraded from a smaller power supply and I was not disappointed by the Phoenix. It's a clean power supply with no noticeable noise. The interface is easy to understand and it fits nicely under my pedal board. I will admit that I thought I was getting some hum from the Phoenix when I first got it, but it turned out that the heat in my house can be picked up by a particularly touchy dirt pedal on my board. With all that sorted, I can safely say that the Phoenix will let me keep buying more pedals and have room to power them :D

It looks cool and it’s quiet and it makes my pedals work

I’ve built a pretty big collection of pedals within the last few years — it got to the point where I needed 2 daisy chain plugs in order to power them (as one would probably expect, the signal got quite noisy). Between unwanted noise, a kinda **** appearance, and getting tired of being that **** who asks for not one, but multiple outlets for all his pedals, I figured it was time to upgrade to a proper power supply. I’d gotten so accustomed to the hiss and buzz of my old setup that hearing the dramatic reduction after setting up the Phoenix felt like a breath of clean air. I’m very happy and would certainly recommend it to anyone who has a lot of pedals in their setup. P.S. I see that Walrus Audio is pretty active in responding to user reviews — if I can have some help with a question I’d greatly appreciate it: is it safe to just unplug the power supply whenever it’s done being used? I’ve figured that with no power switch on the unit, it’s probably the right thing to do; I just want to be extra sure I’m handling it properly / not missing anything obvious. Thanks!
