On Tuesday, November 2nd, Philip and Tyler got to hang with the wonderful guys in Mewithoutyou, Into it. Over it, and Needle Points at the Vanguard in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was especially great for Phil and I since we've both been listening to MWY from the beginning. All the guys in the bands lined up like wide eyed kids in a candy store to check out our board and twist some knobs before the show started.
The guys are already fans and users of Walrus gear. The now retired Harvester can be found on 3 of 4 of their boards. Favorites of the night for the band were the Iron Horse distortion and the Descent reverb. Guitarist, Mike Weiss of MWY, was so excited to use his new Iron Horse that we brought, that he threw it on his board and used it during their set.
Their current tour ends on November 12th, but they pick right up again with a nation wide tour with Circa Survive in January so be sure to catch them if they come through your town!
