Warranty Registration and Repair
Lifetime Warranty
All Walrus Audio products are covered for life against defects in materials or workmanship. At our discretion, eligible products will be repaired or replaced, subject to the terms and conditions below:
Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies provided that:
- The product's internal circuitry has not been modified, altered, repaired, or otherwise tampered with by any unauthorized third party.
- The product failure was not caused by gross negligence or accident.
- The product has been used in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and normal operating conditions.
Warranty Service
The warranty itself is provided at no charge. Customers are responsible only for the cost of shipping the product to us for evaluation and service. We will repair or replace qualifying products and return them in accordance with our standard shipping procedures.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email help@walrusaudio.com.
Include a brief description of your issue along with any videos or pictures that may give us a better understanding of the problem. From there, our customer service reps will either guide you to a solution if possible, or will offer to take a closer look at it.
Discontinued Products
We are committed to supporting discontinued products for as long as reasonably possible and will make every effort to repair or service them under this warranty.
However, some discontinued products may contain components, parts, or materials that are no longer manufactured or available. In these cases, once our remaining inventory of those components has been used, certain repairs may no longer be possible.
If a repair involves a component that is no longer available and no replacement or repair solution exists, we may be unable to repair or replace the product. In these cases, this will be communicated to you by our service rep.
We reserve the right to determine whether replacement components or alternative repair methods are available for discontinued products.
Repair
We offer free repair and return shipping on any of our products as long as the internal circuitry hasn't been previously tampered with by anyone outside of our shop. Email customerservice@walrusaudio.com for more details.
