Cancellation policy

All Walrus Audio customers can cancel their order outright and receive a full refund with no further questions, so long as the order has not yet been fulfilled on our end. To cancel an order before it is fulfilled, please contact us via email (heyiloveyou@walrusaudio.com) or via our chat-box on our website. Include "Order Cancellation" in your subject line, and be sure your message contains your order number. Partial cancellations for multi-product orders are viable, as well.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout, and then fulfill your order at a later date.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled; general cancellation policy applies.
