Artists and producers can save time on tracking sessions by recording dry tracks first, then using Canvas Re-Amp’s custom transformer to convert line-level signals, optimizing them to work with amps and guitar pedals of any kind to explore limitless tones and sounds.

Using a Re-Amp

1. From your DAW, audio track goes into the Canvas Re-Amp.

2. Out from Re-Amp into pedals or mic'd amp.

3. Out from pedals / amp back into DAW.

My first Re-Amp

I was reading how The Beatles (George specifically) on Revolver would run his leads several times through the tape machine, each time boosting the treble . My son and were recording and I wanted to try the same procedure with his Jazzmaster. The Canvas Re-Amp made this process really simple, fun, and it sounded great. Canvas is just killing it

I am already using the Canvas Tuner and the Stereo DI /LI box. Well, I need to reamp tracks regularly and this was a no-brainer to add in. I've already ditched my trust Radial box and I am using the Canvas Reamp FULL TIME. Another winner!

Excellent unit, super useful.

Awesome device, easy to use, looks great on my desk too! I've been using it to reroute dry signals to amps and pedals. Also a great tool to route VST instruments through your pedalboard in real time! My room can be fussy when it comes to the electrical so the ground/lift button is key. The team was extremely helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed and that everything arrived and was working well. Thanks Walrus!

Everything you need, nothing you don't

For me the Canvas Re-amp box is the perfect form-factor and price point to go on a board for reamping. The mute switch and ground lift to me are really nice bonus features. Made with the same typical Walrus build quality and durability you find in their stompboxes, this box is everything you'll need. Pair it with the Canvas Mono to put down your DI tracks anywhere and use this one to go through your larger rig later.

Beautifully Simple

The Re-Amp makes it so easy to use my pedals in new, creative ways. I can capture a dry signal (maybe using my Canvas DI box...) and then go crazy with different pedal combinations to see what I like. It's also so much fun sending vocals, acoustic guitar, etc through various pedal chains and seeing what happens. An experimenter's dream! The unit is also so elegant and simple. It's the size of a regular pedal, nicely made, has useful utility functions (the mute button is awesome), and has both a 1/4" and XLR input (thank you for that!). Just a really dope little unit that opens up a ton of possibilities. Highly recommend.
